Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the administration and execution of human resource activities including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development
  • Develops innovative employee sourcing, recruitment, retention, and ambassador programs designed to develop a pipeline of qualified and ready-to-hire candidates
  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative human capital metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's employee engagement and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Will review and audit the semi-monthly payroll process. Assists in troubleshooting discrepancies and unique payroll concerns.
  • Coordinates the successful onboarding and offboarding of employees collaborating with internal teams to ensure equipment and tech access is prepared, training schedules developed, and internal communications scheduled.
  • Drive employee engagement opportunities for both our local and remote workforces


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five years of experience with 2-3 years leading an HR Team with 3-4 staff members. Total years of professional experience not to exceed 10-12 years.
  • Philanthropy or non-profit experience would be a plus.
  • SHRM CP or SCP certification is highly preferred.
  • MUST have experience managing in-office and remote employees
