Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage user accounts, email addresses, and permissions groups in AD, O365 and Exchange
  • Work through a back log of help desk tickets
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for users both in-person and remotely
  • This may include troubleshooting software, hardware, imaging, and deploying workstations and refreshes


Must Haves 3+ years:

  • O365 Administration – This is a must have that is non-negotiable and must be on your resume
  • Active Directory and Exchange experience
  • Experience with Windows workstations


Nice to Have:

  • Experience imaging with SCCM or PXEboot
  • Familiarity with MDM and Duo MFA
