Following a strategic transition to a global operational model and the establishment of a Supply Chain Center of Excellence, the company is seeking a Global Supply Chain Insights Analyst to spearhead data-centric decision-making aimed at optimizing supply chain performance on a global scale.
Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Director of Global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), this position will utilize advanced analytical tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to conduct in-depth supply chain analyses that support both demand and supply planning teams. The goal is to achieve an optimal equilibrium between inventory levels and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with senior leadership, including the Vice President of Operations and the Chief Operating Officer.
- Work across various departments to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with IT to create strategic roadmaps for planning tools that enhance service delivery and identify cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a minimum of 2-5 years of substantial analytical experience in supporting integrated business planning and other supply chain functions.
Essential skills include:
- Proficient understanding of Tier-1 planning software and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, Tableau) along with advanced Excel capabilities.
- A proven history of success in a similar analytical role.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
