We have an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to be based out of our Canton, GA headquarters. The Office Administrator position will support the entire company with reception and administrative duties, which require strict time management and stellar organizational skills.

Growing from a team of 4 at inception to over 800 strong today, we assist our clients by providing them with construction excellence in service and product in every front available and needed. Our depth of clients expertise ranges from the grocery industry to big box retail as well as both state and Federal government projects in military and healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to the appropriate division.
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
- Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations.
- Maintain security by following the Gateway Office Emergency Action Plan procedures, monitoring visitors and notifying the appropriate person of suspicious activity.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and accept deliveries made through the front office
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., candy, pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Order office supplies and kitchen supplies for both floors of the building and keep inventory of stock; replenish on a regular basis.
- Order specialty items as requested.
- Compose documents and all correspondence professionally as requested.
- Maintain meeting calendar for two conference rooms.
- Work directly with office cleaning crew to ensure the office is maintained properly.
- Arrange occasional monthly lunches for Birthday’s, Work Anniversary’s and other celebratory events.
