**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to support our academic operations at Stark State College. This role requires exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.

**Salary Range:** $35,722 - $46,438 per year

**Job Summary:** As an Administrative Professional, you will perform various routine to complex administrative office functions that require an understanding of departmental or divisional operations and policies in support of a department, division, or office with primary support to the Dean or Director.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Dean or Director and other team members
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and files

**Requirements:**

  • Associate degree in Office Administration or related field
  • Minimum of two years of general office experience
  • Excellent typing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confidentiality and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
