Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be organized, and possess great data entry skills.
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our marketing team with various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will work full-time (Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm) and enjoy a great work environment with no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Process and assign incoming leads.
- Multiple data entry projects.
- Populate and work with Excel documents.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Some MS Excel experience.
- Experience answering a multi-line phone system.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow directions.
- Good customer service skills.
