The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting customers and delivering top-notch services and solutions. The candidate must live in the Cincinnati/Dayton area and have a strong mechanical background (preferably diesel mechanic or similar role) with sales skills. Territory consists of Dayton and Cincinnati.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand and address the needs of clients in the industrial machinery and hydraulic equipment sectors
  • Provide expert advice and technical support on equipment repair and maintenance
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions



Qualifications:

  • Mechanical background with hands-on experience in hydraulic equipment repair and industrial machinery
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
