Position Summary:


We are seeking a candidate to support and manage data tracking from opportunity identification through to deal closure. This role will also involve managing social media and marketing products, services, and posts, all aimed at enhancing our company's recognition, audience, and branding. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, proficiency in HubSpot, strong skills in PowerPoint and social media management, and preferably experience in the construction industry. This position is key to driving our company's growth and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for tracking and managing data from initial opportunities to deal closure, enhancing our social media and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Administer and update customer information and workflows in the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of bids and sales status updates.
  • Participate in training sessions for HubSpot updates and new features, and assist in training the team.
  • Monitor and track existing bids to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support team members in achieving KPIs and company goals, managing sales dashboards and reports.
  • Manage relationships through cold outreach to ensure a consistent deal flow.
  • Coordinate meetings, luncheons, and purchases related to sales events and tradeshows, occasionally attending these events.
  • Maintain supplies of sales presentation and marketing materials, including slides, brochures, business cards, company apparel, and promotional items.
  • Develop and deliver presentations for both internal KPI data and external customer presentations.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update company websites, social media accounts, and customer contact lists.
  • Evaluate market trends, conduct research, and identify target audiences to achieve marketing goals.
  • Prepare and publish quarterly newsletters for customers.
  • Participate in the employee engagement committee to enhance company events and employee interactions.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) is required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High energy level to handle a dynamic and fast-paced workload.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales, estimating, and marketing (2+ years required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Willingness to embrace changes in processes as the company grows.


Working Conditions:

This position is primarily office-based, but may require occasional site visits to gather marketing photos and attendance at trade shows and other events.
