What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Marketing team in bringing new products to life and managing our current product portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Support Product Managers in the development and launch of products, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Set up new products across multiple systems, including UPCs, costs, specs, and descriptions.
  • Proof packaging, marketing materials, and price catalogs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Proactively follow up on upcoming project needs and communicate product and marketing updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in creating presentations for internal and external use, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate product information and work closely with Product Managers to set up schedules and track projects in our project management system.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and work closely with Sales and Product Managers on retailer-specific opportunities.
  • Respond to sample requests and product questions from Customer Care and Sales Support.
  • Project manage some entry-level projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable learning and working in multiple systems.
  • Ability to prioritize between numerous tasks.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and scheduling skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
