Position Overview:
Surestep is currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week, Monday – Thursday) Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives while performing various administrative and support functions.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

1. Coordinating local and national events

2. Providing marketing tracking and research insights by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

3. Assisting the education department with course event logistics, record management, and technical support

4. Supporting the sales department with event organization, customer success initiatives, and administrative tasks

5. Managing customer inquiries and aiding the customer service department with projects and initiatives

6. Performing data entry and general office tasks

7. Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience relevant to the position.

A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the standards outlined in Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Skills:
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge.

Abilities:
- Capacity to learn through on-the-job training and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and visual acuity to review materials for accuracy.
- Hearing and speaking skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
