Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to elevate our marketing initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating diverse content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams including product marketing, creative, demand generation, customer success, and sales to identify content requirements.
  • Discover content opportunities and produce materials that engage users throughout their journey. This may encompass case studies, ebooks, white papers, checklists, infographics, blog posts, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Customize content to align with the preferences of our target audience.
  • Work with the team to establish content calendars, topic ideas, and campaign strategies.
  • Contribute to our social media presence.
  • Participate in industry events and conduct live interviews through social media platforms.
  • Support additional marketing projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient writing skills with a background in brand communication.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a business.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate content independently.
  • Ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence, self-awareness, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of marketing strategies across different stages of the customer journey.
  • Proven ability to foster cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with the accounting sector.
  • Experience in video and audio editing.
