Job Description

L2-Support Executive


Must-Have

1. Excellent knowledge in Unix and PL/SQL

2. Hands-on experience in modification and analysis of PL SQL packages and relevant objects.

3. Excellent PL/SQL and Unix code debugging skill

4. Debugging and scenario level fix for issues in banking functions domain

5. Knowledge on ServiceNow and common ITIL lifecycle knowledge.

6. Should be able to troubleshoot issues with minimum guidance and support

7. Ready to work in shifts and on holidays as per the planned roster.


Good-to-Have

1. Unix shell script for automated report generation.

2. Efficient presentation skill to properly document reported issue by business and present with respective stakeholders.

3. Excellent communication skill to interact with business user and explain techno functional concept of certain behavior.

4. Leadership experience to be able to guide the team if necessary
