The Senior Marketing Specialist must thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and be able to engage in multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Works alongside Senior Marketing Director to create a brand plan and brand strategy to ensure all aspects of the company’s marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
  • Creates high quality and effective marketing content that aligns correctly with the overall brand strategy including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Print flyers and brochures
  • Digital ads
  • Signage
  • Proposals
  • Blog posts
  • Website content
  • Video creation and editing
  • Tracks marketing campaigns to ensure that they are staying on track and being received well by the target audience
  • Works closely with the company’s sales representatives; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
  • Supports the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Increases brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
  • Holds regular meetings with Senior Marketing Director to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions
  • Stays up to date on the latest marketing trends
  • Creates marketing reports for executive team
  • Supports marketing staff by orienting and training employees


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong graphic design experience and savvy with Adobe Suite
  • Experience with WordPress considered a plus
  • Stellar communication and decision-making skills
  • Basic knowledge of video creation and editing
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong drive for results
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze problems and create a solution
  • Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively manage tasks
  • Real estate background and/or industry knowledge considered a plus
  • Ability to regularly travel to all office locations, as needed
  • Valid Driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean MVR report

Compensation:

The Senior Marketing Specialist compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.


Physical Demands:


Travel to different office locations may be required on a regular basis

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time

Ability to use camera to take photos and videos


Supervisory Responsibility:


This position does not have any supervisory responsibility

Promotional Opportunity:

Associates with more than twelve (12) months of service may request consideration to transfer to other jobs as vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants. To be considered, Associates must have a satisfactory performance record and have no disciplinary actions during the last twelve (12) months. Management retains the discretion to make exceptions to the policy.
