  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality by implementing regular checks and addressing any issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
  • Client Interaction: Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Manage special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing new processes, or expanding warehouse capabilities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and inventory levels to report overall performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
