As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with customers and managing vehicle movements on the lot. Upon the arrival of new vehicles, you will verify their receipt and ensure serial numbers match the corresponding invoices. Your key duties will include parking and retrieving vehicles for sales and service clients, organizing the vehicle inventory, and overseeing the customer parking area. Additionally, you will transport customers to various locations and shuttle vehicles between different facilities. Maintaining the cleanliness of all vehicles prior to customer delivery is essential. You will also be tasked with ensuring that customer entrances are tidy and performing minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Requirements for Vehicle Operations Specialists:

  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Physical stamina for continuous movement and customer interaction
  • Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs, along with tasks involving pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
