We are seeking a skilled Drafting Doc Controller Advisor to provide technical drawing and drawing control coordination and management services. This role supports internal projects and those assigned to Engineering Procurement (EPC) companies, as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and coordinate technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and accessibility through the company's Electronic Document Management (EDM) System.

- Support Operations, Project Managers, and EPCs by locating, printing, scanning, and distributing drawings and technical information for various projects.

- Develop and continuously improve drawing, drafting, and equipment numbering standards for the Westcoast Pipeline System.

- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external consultants regarding drawing requests, interpretations, and statuses.

- Provide construction and as-built drawing coordination using Meridian Document control software for projects assigned to EPCs.

- Offer guidance and training to new employees and contractors on drawing and drawing control processes, as well as the Meridian system.

- Investigate and clarify technical information discrepancies across various business unit systems.

- Collaborate with Drawing Control Analysts and Drafters to ensure technical drawing integrity and metadata quality within the Meridian system.

- Undertake special project assignments as needed, ensuring Program and Asset owners have access to timely, safe, and effective decision-making tools.


**Requirements:**

- Technology Diploma or a related certification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Advanced system knowledge of AutoDesk suite, MS Office Suite, and Meridian systems.

- Strong understanding of office software, company databases, standard operating procedures, and project lifecycle processes.


**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

- Experience in process creation and implementation.

- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision required.
