Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in amplifying our brand's voice, engaging with our community, and enhancing our overall marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to achieve these goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our online and social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Develop creative, engaging, and viral content ideas to increase brand visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies to improve key metrics.
  • Oversee and maintain a publishing calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Research and generate content ideas, coordinating production with video, graphic, and other creative teams.
  • Manage and engage with our online community, fostering relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Connect with influencers and manage online partnerships and collaborations.


Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and growth-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Military veteran status is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to stay calm, organized, and effective in chaotic or high-pressure situations.
