Your Role

As the Senior Manager of Social Media Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our social media governance and corporate reputation across North America. This position is essential for ensuring that our regional and local social media initiatives align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Governance: Lead the coordination of social media efforts to meet organizational goals. Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage the reputation of our corporate and brand social media.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field, along with extensive experience in social media management and reputation strategy. You should have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and tools, as well as proven skills in crisis management and strategic planning.
