Position Overview:


The Executive Assistant to the Head of Sales plays a crucial role in supporting the sales leadership team by managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales, ensuring smooth business operations, effective time management, and alignment with key sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Administrative Support:


- Manage the Head of Sales’ calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

- Handle all communications on behalf of the Head of Sales, including responding to emails and phone calls.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales objectives.

2. Meeting Coordination:


- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including sales team meetings, client meetings, and cross-departmental sessions.

- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items for follow-up.

3. Project Management:


- Support the execution of key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and reporting on progress.

- Serve as the point of contact for project-related communication between sales leadership and other departments.


4. Client and Stakeholder Liaison:


- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-level clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


5. Event and Travel Coordination:


- Organize and plan sales events, conferences, and other team-building activities.

- Coordinate travel itineraries for the Head of Sales and other key team members as required.


6. Budget and Expense Management:


- Manage expenses, budgets, and invoices related to the Head of Sales, ensuring compliance with company policies.

7. Miscellaneous Support:


- Provide support for ad hoc requests and special assignments from the Head of Sales.

- Ensure the Head of Sales is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and other professional obligations.
