  • Develop and implement brand marketing priorities to effectively reach target consumers in various markets and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive brand strategy and ensure brand identity consistency across all communications.
  • Lead asset and content creation to support brand needs and consumer engagement.
  • Utilize consumer insights to optimize product and brand strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating product features and value propositions.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is competitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Marketing in developing global marketing plans for Masimo Consumer Health.
  • Oversee brand identity consistency and consumer-first mentality in all marketing efforts.
  • Drive asset and content creation to fulfill brand requirements.
  • Analyze consumer insights to optimize brand and product strategies.
  • Lead traditional, digital, social, and PR efforts, coordinating with digital marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of brand management experience, including integrated marketing strategy and agency management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer or med tech, with knowledge of fitness, wellness, and telehealth.
  • Experience launching disruptive brands or products.
  • Global marketing experience.

Skills:

  • Strong people management and coaching abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a thorough understanding of consumer marketing.
  • Experience in managing agency partners.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Passionate about purpose-led brands and consumer experiences.
