Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be in charge of nurturing long-term relationships with a customer portfolio, ensuring their contentment, and driving account growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Account Growth:

  • Liaison Role:

- Serve as the primary intermediary between customers and internal teams at Action, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet customer needs swiftly.

- Act as the primary contact for external regional sales representatives, facilitating communication with customers and internal teams.

  • Coordination and Communication:

- Conduct regular check-ins and updates with customers and internal teams to discuss project status and next steps.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project progress, and account activities in the CRM system.

  • Feedback and Improvement:

- Gather and assess customer feedback to pinpoint areas for service and process enhancements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and elevate the customer experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance account management strategies.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in account management or similar roles.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage various projects effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and relevant tools.

- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee internal and external relationships successfully.

- Excellent phone and email communication skills.

Working Conditions:

- This role requires in-person presence at the office from 8-5.

- Some travel may be necessary for customer meetings and industry events.

- The position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
