Key Responsibilities:

The Commercial Insurance Account Executive will:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to ensure compliance with agency protocols for managing commercial client accounts, including:
    • New Business Acquisition
    • Policy Renewals
    • Endorsements and Cancellations
    • Audits and Billing/Financing
    • Issuance of Certificates, EPI, Schedules of Insurance, and Auto ID Cards
    • Payment Processing
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues to the Commercial Lines Manager when necessary.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • A valid P&C license, with a preference for candidates with Commercial Lines experience.
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of insurance regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
