The Commercial Insurance Account Executive will work independently while adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Key Responsibilities include:

Coordination with the Commercial Sales team to ensure proper management of commercial client accounts, including:
  • New Business Acquisition
  • Policy Renewals
  • Endorsements Processing
  • Cancellations Management
  • Audits Coordination
  • Billing and Financing Assistance
  • Issuance of Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
  • Payment Processing
Customer Service Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service. Engage with clients and colleagues in a courteous, professional, and patient manner.
  • Aim to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively address any client concerns. Involve additional team members as necessary and inform the Commercial Lines Manager of significant issues and resolutions.
  • High School diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • P & C license is required (Commercial Lines experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic is preferred.
  • General understanding of insurance regulations is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
