Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of financial statements, periodic forecasts, and the annual budget to support the Accounting Department.
  • Review daily revenue activity reports to ensure accurate accountability of transactions, adjustments, tax liabilities, and monthly postings into the general ledger.
  • Oversee the preparation of accounts receivable invoicing and maintain accurate tracking of accounts receivables.
  • Manage bi-weekly payroll preparation, support time-off accrual processes, verify proper payment of leave of absences, and assist in the maintenance and communication of accruals through the payroll system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Handle all responsibilities with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel accounting or a related field.
