We are currently seeking full-time Registration Representatives to join our outstanding team at our Lake Oswego, OR and Rose Quarter, OR clinics.

The Registration Representative plays a key role in patient check-ins, copay collection, financial communication, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the department.

  • Organize and collect copays
  • Update patient information accurately
  • Help patients navigate the clinic
  • Assist with insurance verifications
  • Train and support fellow team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
