Job Summary:
The Manager of Human Resources Client Services is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the HR department, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, and maintaining compliance with HR regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise data entry, compensation, and benefits administration
- Develop and update HR documents and policies
- Assist in personnel policies and procedures implementation
- Evaluate department performance and suggest improvements
- Provide guidance to clients on HR matters
- Handle employee issues, complaints, and questions
- Manage workers' compensation claims
- Train HR staff, conduct interviews, and participate in onboarding/offboarding processes
- Keep updated on HR practices and conduct trainings

Requirements:
- Proficient in labor laws and HR practices

- Professional HR certification required
