Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing clerical support, administering employee benefit plans, and maintaining company records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefit plans, including health insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, responding to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as employee recognition programs, company events, and departmental initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
