Overview

This Technology-focused position plays a crucial role in Early Warning's first-line risk and internal control program. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Risk Management Leadership to ensure consistency in implementing and operationalizing the three lines of defense program across the enterprise.
Essential Functions

  • Develop and uphold technology policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to policy approval processes.
  • Assume responsibility as the primary contact for technology-related audits and assessments.
  • Effectively communicate technology and security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Validate that implemented solutions align with approved policies.
  • Act as a liaison between business lines, Risk Management, and Control teams.
  • Conduct technology control testing and ensure correct implementation.
  • Facilitate risk identification and remediation processes.
  • Drive improvements in data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and data protection.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27000, PCI DSS, NIST, COBIT, etc.
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Background check required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in security, governance, compliance, IT audit, or related fields.
  • Experience with PCI Compliance and Jira solutions.
  • Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS, SIEM, etc.
  • Experience in executive-level reporting.
  • Additional relevant education and experience.
