Communicate sensitive findings and conclusions effectively and collaboratively. Cultivate strong internal relationships to foster a culture of trust and collaboration. Provide expert guidance on credit policies and best practices to enhance operational quality. Ensure adherence to enterprise-wide credit policies and internal review procedures. Participate in special projects as assigned on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in residential mortgage credit risk, with a strong background in underwriting and risk management. Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of commercial credit principles. Proficient in financial statement analysis and cash flow assessments, with the ability to evaluate a borrower's credit risk profile. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to propose viable solutions. In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and sound lending practices. Experience in analyzing probability of default (PD) and loss given default (LGD) metrics. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. Collaborative team player who shares information and encourages participation. Willingness to travel as necessary. Engage in required training programs, including compliance training.
