- Conduct comprehensive market analysis through Compensation Surveys
- Collaborate on the development of education and training materials related to compensation policies
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of eight years of Compensation experience
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
