Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workers' Compensation Business Analyst to join our team at VLink Inc. This role will provide expert-level industry knowledge and leadership in developing State Workers' Compensation and Industrial Affairs requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of State Workers' Compensation and Industrial Affairs programs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user stories and system requirement documents
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and ensure timely delivery
  • Lead and participate in proposal responses, oral presentations, and other pre-sales activities
  • Coordinate and participate in oral presentations to customers, showcasing expertise in State Workers' Compensation and Industrial Affairs programs

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in State Workers' Compensation and Industrial Affairs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to review and enhance design products created by Subject Matter Experts
  • Experience gathering and communicating business requirements to technical staff
  • Commercial software development and ongoing support experience
  • Relevant salesforce certifications

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience writing User Stories
  • Flexibility to meet with resources in varying time zones outside of normal work hours
  • Travel to client site (up to 50%) but may be higher or lower based on the client engagement
