Business IT Analyst

The Hartford is a leading insurance company committed to making a positive impact beyond traditional coverage and policies. We are seeking a skilled Business IT Analyst to collaborate with external Group Benefits clients to facilitate strategic data connections with their Enrollment and HRIS systems.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, technology partners, and various internal teams to identify the best data solution for the clients. The Business IT Analyst will focus on providing technical support for API connections to enhance The Hartford's Digital Online Evidence of Insurability (EOI) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer communications and issue resolution related to digital EOI services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and technology partners.
  • Understanding and communicating Hartford's offerings to clients.
  • Supporting complex customer implementations involving API and SSO connections.
  • Collaborating with technology partners to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives related to digital EOI services.
  • Conducting system testing and managing security certificate updates.
  • Effectively resolving technical issues and maintaining strong communication.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Group Benefit Products and HR Tech platforms.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with AGILE methodology.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies and Web Services APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
