Business IT Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business IT Analyst to join our team at The Hartford. As a Business IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling strategic data connections with external Group Benefits (GB) customers and their Enrollment and HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultative and technical support for Application Program Interface (API) connections to support The Hartford's Digital Online Evidence of Insurability (EOI) services.
- Build strong relationships with external clients, technology platform partners, and internal partners to drive consultative conversations and determine the best data solution options for customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to the digital online EOI experience.
- Manage and lead security certificate updates with internal and external partners.
- 3+ years of experience with Group Benefit Products.
- Familiarity with group enrollment processes, including evidence of insurability.
- Familiarity or prior experience with HR Tech platforms.
- Project management experience, familiar with AGILE methodology.
- Ability to maintain and prioritize a complex workload.
- Experience with analyzing and resolving technical issues.
- Provide ongoing support and collaboration with internal and external business partners.
- Has effective written and oral communication skills.
- Workday HCM Pro Certified preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with integration technologies (Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAPUI, Postman, Java, Javascript, JSON, WSDL, JBOSS, Datapower, Siteminder, Cloud Connect).
- 3+ years of experience with Web Service Application Program Interfaces (APIs).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT Analyst experience.
