South Florida Wine & Spirits Importer is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Administrator.

This role provides on-going support to marketing leadership and is integral in ensuring the effective execution of marketing and promotional activities.

This is a junior level role with largely administrative responsibilities, and a hybrid in/out of office work schedule.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide Support to Marketing Department and for Marketing Initiatives
  • Assist with the development of and logístical coordination of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with sales team and other internal departments and outside vendors to gather, compile and disseminate project information.
  • Assist with the development and dissemination of point of sale, premiums and sales collateral.
  • Create marketing presentations.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of events and trade shows.
  • Provide support on special projects as assigned.
  • Administrate Corporate In-Store Tasting Program
  • Maintain program tracker to capture all scheduled tasting demonstrations and presubmit all for approval per program requirements.
  • Process all program invoices within assigned deadline.
  • Compile program deliverables for submission to Italian consortium.
  • Monitor and track program budget.
  • Provide weekly updates on schedule and budget to management and sales.
  • Communicate changes in program parameters to sales team and tasting agencies in an effective and timely manner.
  • Provide Administrative Support to the Marketing Department
  • Perform general administrative duties in support of marketing department; provide administrative support for marketing projects.
  • Coordinate sample requests.
  • Facilitate the packing and shipping of marketing materials.
  • Pull/create adhoc reports.
  • Coordinate the logístical and operational aspects of events and trade shows.
  • Data Collection/Management
  • Submit new items to Nielsen/IRI for capture of retail data analytics.
  • Maintain digital brand assets for trade partner content engines and ecomm platforms (distributors, retailers, etc.).
  • Maintain sales collateral assets and disseminate updates to the sales team.
  • Monitor social media channels for consumer inquiries
  • Coordinate the Maintenance of Corporate and Brand Websites.
  • Other Duties as Required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage large amounts of information; keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for assistance; problemsolving mind set; willingness to learn and adapt; able to process direction quickly.
  • Able to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced, fluid environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner, written and verbal.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and/or stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • May require travel and/or being available for offsite events/functions outside of regular work hours/days.

Pay:
From $40,000.00 per year
