*The Customer Care Specialist is a valuable member of Firstrust Bank's frontline team, dedicated to providing top-tier service to a diverse range of clients, including both retail and commercial customers, as well as internal departments. This role involves assisting customers through phone, chat, and email communication channels.*
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chats promptly and effectively
- Meet contact center service goals for response times and call management metrics
- Develop a deep understanding of Firstrust banking products and services under the guidance of Customer Care leadership
- Safeguard customer data and privacy by verifying identities and monitoring account activities
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Promote Firstrust Bank's products and services to potential customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned
**Essential Functions:**
- Engage in verbal and written communication via phone, email, and chat
- Utilize various devices for typing and data entry
- Maintain focus and dexterity during repetitive tasks
**Requirements:**
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Banking or Contact Center setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures independently
- Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities
**Work Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 6:00pm
- One Saturday per month, 9:00am - 1:00pm
