Our company is currently seeking a Quality Engineer Manager based in Manchester, CT, who will report directly to the Quality Director.


What you'll be doing:
  • Evaluating business situations, production capabilities, and market trends
  • Contributing to the establishment of company policies and goals
  • Developing and modifying product assurance programs
  • Coordinating functions between departments to achieve goals
  • Engaging with customers on quality issues and improvement initiatives
  • Managing audits and regulatory compliance

To excel in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience, with a strong background in compliance, audit, leadership, and manufacturing.

Experience in a Medical Device regulated environment, ISO13485, and FDA regulations is highly desired. Additionally, strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills are essential for this position.
