Role Overview:

As a Construction Worker / Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing and executing various construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring that all tasks are performed to our stringent standards of safety and quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Oversight: Supervise daily activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and timely completion of tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of workmanship by reviewing completed work and confirming compliance with project specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve challenges that may arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor construction personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of project progress, including daily logs and material usage.
  • Equipment Oversight: Manage the use of construction machinery, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
  • Multi-Project Management: Successfully oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each meets our high standards.

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.

Work Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
