We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Complete Staffing. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and quality enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff on quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality and delivery expectations are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and supplier locations as needed.
- Master's degree in a technical field.
- AS9100 certification.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and manufacturing techniques.
