Job Summary:


As a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring that sales data is accurate and effectively managed.

You will work closely with the sales operations manager to streamline processes, assist in the assignment of accounts, clean up data, and develop custom reports and dashboards.

This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities.

Key Salesforce Administrator/Analyst Responsibilities:

Salesforce Maintenance and Clean-up (30%): Assist in the administration of Salesforce, including cleaning up inaccuracies in account assignments and industry classifications.

Reporting and Dashboarding (50%): Generate ad hoc reports with a 24-48 hour turnaround time and maintain three ongoing reports to provide a 90-day snapshot of customer activities. Develop and refresh dashboards that provide critical sales information to the team.

Ad Hoc Projects (20%): Engage in various ad hoc projects, such as pricing analysis and other requests that arise, providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making processes.

Salesforce Administrator/Analyst Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role; Salesforce certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and detailoriented.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for analysis and presentation purposes.
  • At least a couple of years of work experience in environments that require strong organizational and communication skills, such as managing Outlook and Teams.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with different departments and present findings clearly.

Work Schedule:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility between working from home and in-office collaboration as needed.
