As a Financial Analyst at Conga, you will execute and uphold processes that support our financial forecasting, reporting, and analytical requirements.
You will cultivate relationships across the organization to become a trusted advisor, offering strategic support and insights on best practices and investment strategies.

Are You the Right Fit?- Relevant Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, analytics, management consulting, or related fields.
You may have served as a finance business partner to a customer success team.
- Financial Acumen: You possess a unique combination of financial expertise and business insight, enabling you to create comprehensive financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards (particularly using Excel).
- Effective Communication: You excel at conveying your findings to stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations and analytical writing, facilitating informed business decisions.
You proactively seek to understand the business's needs and challenges, often identifying issues before they are recognized.
You develop sound recommendations based on your knowledge, data sources, and existing processes, creating scalable solutions that address immediate and future needs.

Preferred Qualifications:- Tools and Systems Experience: Familiarity with FP&A relational databases, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and Salesforce reporting.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is highly preferred, with a master's degree being a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding the Software as a Service industry and/or Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) will provide you with a head start.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $69,785 - $111,655. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, team members receive a variable incentive pay component, flexible work options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance.
