Responsibilities:
Main Office:
- Create a warm, professional customer service culture in the main office
- Handle reception, printing & copying, mail, family and staff communication, filing, data entry, and more
- Support the leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects
- Volunteer to assist others and take initiative when needed
- Ensure physical climate and branding standards are met
- Coordinate custodial staff tasks and maintenance needs
- Assist with moving, repairs, set-up, cleaning, and supplies inventory
- Manage machines and technology needs
- Organize classroom materials and assist with school preparations
- Coordinate external services for students
- Assist with non-instructional student processes
- Support enrollment and registration tasks
- Manage student recruitment data systems
- Assist with Student Information and Communication Systems
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of school items
- Maintain inventory system and ensure compliance with protocols
- Develop vendor relationships for cost-effective products
- Plan and execute recruitment events and open houses
- Recruit new students actively through community engagement
- Respond to inquiries about enrollment
- Support recruitment marketing efforts
- Build partnerships with organizations and families
- Attend recruitment events and school fairs
- Proficiency with computers and common applications
- Knowledge of Spanish is preferred
- Attention to detail: Thinks critically about task details
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities
