Program Overview:

This ten-week internship program is designed to immerse Summer Analysts in the firm's culture and daily operations, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
Applicants must be projected graduates of 2026 and in good academic standing. Candidates should possess a keen interest in the financial services sector and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute meaningfully.
Position Details:
The Investment Solutions Team at Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Summer Analyst to assist with various business functions. The selected candidate will gain insights into the suite of products available on our Rockefeller Global Family Office platform, which includes access to top-tier managers and strategies, encompassing capital markets products, structured solutions, and alternative investments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare various reporting metrics related to the banking and lending product suite.
- Engage in the management of incoming lending requests from Private Advisors.
- Collaborate with different departments within Rockefeller to coordinate operational aspects of the banking and lending platform.
- Assist in the transition process for incoming Private Advisor teams by evaluating securities-based lending requests from other firms.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in the financial sector, particularly in wealth or asset management, is advantageous.
Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of investments, portfolio reporting, and related terminology.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Word, Access, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $38/hour, subject to variation based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
