Program Overview:
The Summer Analyst Program at Rockefeller Capital Management offers a unique and enriching experience within a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our boutique size, diverse business lines, and entrepreneurial spirit foster a dynamic and personalized environment for our Analysts.
This ten-week internship program (June-August) is designed to immerse Summer Analysts in the firm’s culture and operations, providing a platform for professional growth and development.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must be projected graduates of 2026 and in good academic standing. A genuine interest in the financial services sector and a desire to contribute meaningfully are essential.
Position Overview:
The Investment Solutions Team at Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Summer Analyst to assist in their operations. The selected candidate will gain insights into the array of products available on our Rockefeller Global Family Office platform, which includes access to premier managers and strategies, such as capital markets products, structured solutions, and alternative investments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare various reporting metrics related to the banking and lending product suite.
- Engage in the management of incoming lending requests from Private Advisors.
- Collaborate with various departments within Rockefeller to coordinate operational aspects of the banking and lending platform.
- Assist in the transition process for incoming Private Advisor teams by evaluating securities-based lending requests from external firms.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in the financial sector, particularly in wealth or asset management, is advantageous.
Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of investments, portfolio reporting, and relevant terminology.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Word, Access, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual who excels both independently and in team settings.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and reassess priorities as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Programming experience is a plus (e.g., C/C++/Java/Python).
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $38/hour. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
