Position Overview
The Director of Administration role at Signal is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented individual. As Director, you will oversee and manage the organization's business operations, acting as the main point of contact for all human resources-related matters. Your responsibilities will include supervising administrative functions, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations within the company.

  • Responsible for monitoring Administrative KPIs, labor efficiencies, and employee retention rates
  • Lead training, development, and performance management of staff in HR-related tasks
  • Manage HR activities such as job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing processes and company regulations
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to address staffing needs and scheduling
  • Keep accurate records and utilize software for scheduling, payroll, and reporting
  • Provide timely updates on urgent matters to senior management
  • Focus on enhancing service quality, administrative efficiency, and overall processes
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Create a positive work environment through feedback, recognition programs, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain office procedures and oversee payroll activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exemplifies professionalism in all interactions

Working Conditions:
Normal office setting with occasional overtime as business demands. Physical demands include sitting and standing. Duties may vary based on operational needs.
