What We Need:


As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Digital and Podcast business.


What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for supporting Digital Sales Account Executives
  • Act as tactical support to key accounts (i.e. provide strategic digital solutions, help build presentations, gather research, meeting prep, client communication)
  • Partner with sellers to strategize, pitch and close new business
  • Work with sales development on RFP requests
  • Work with digital account managers in postsale to manage deal health and various marketing initiatives
  • Generate new sales leads and business opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating key account contacts for iHeart event and program invitations

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of Project Management or Client Relationship experience
  • Media/agency industry experience required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Power Point and Excel
