You will be organizing, editing, and updating content for global use, with a particular focus on the teams content matrixes, PR spreadsheets, detailed itinerary files, company awards, PowerPoint presentations, and webinars.

Work 4 days onsite in Calabasas, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with all aspects related to Webinar Wednesdays: planning of upcoming relevant topics, gathering content to be presented, and updating handouts.
  • Selects on-brand and appropriate images and video assets from our image library for sales presentations.
  • Updates PowerPoint presentations within the Global Presentation Library.
  • Informs sales team on new or updated educational assets.
  • Proofread and assists with updating presentations, educational platforms and webinars as needed.
  • Gather assets and details on all Corporate Awards and ensures all communication channels are aware, and web pages updated.
  • Assists with ongoing ad hoc projects related to public relations as assigned.
  • Organizes and maintains the marketing teams content matrixes and spreadsheets, including regular updates to existing content based on global brand changes and enhancements.
  • Maintains global event calendars by updating them with relevant dates and links.
  • Assists with updating and proofreading marketing materials.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of Marketing Coordinator experience
  • Experienced in Presentation Software; Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Electronic Mail Software, Phone Software
  • Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.
