What you can look forward to as an

Account Manager:

Customer New Acquisitions/Request for Quotations (35%):

  • Assess RFQ requirements and project goals for NAC customers, spearheading internal coordination to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Champion technical, economic, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices.
  • Drive the preparation and presentation of quotations, fostering collaborative resolution of any discrepancies alongside our Key Account Management (KAM) and Business Account Management (BAM) teams.

Sales Project Team Member (35%):

  • Bring in commercial view, targets, and tasks.
  • Drive change management, check and evaluate costs and speak to those costs fluently, if necessary, in Customer/Project Review meetings.
  • Track compliance with the goals (quality, costs, and deadlines), if necessary. Suggest and initiate corrective measures (pro-active coordination).
  • Monitor success and report on the status of the project and account.
  • Act as the liaison (face of company/voice of customer) between ZF Group and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Administration (30%):

  • Streamline administrative processes, from tracking product orders to resolving invoicing issues, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Program Management, to communicate issues with on-time deliveries, prototype purchase orders and other discrepancies.
  • Record, track and determine quarterly raw material inflation, support KAM/BAM Team with Claim Recovery,
  • Work with Finance and Accounts Receivable (A/R) departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
Your Profile as an

Account Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive business experience, with a minimum of 3 years in direct sales, highly preferred in the OEM Automotive Industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating global, cross-functional environments, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, and a knack for building lasting relationships. Showcase leadership qualities, analytical prowess, and a knack for problem-solving.

The expected base compensation for this role is $120,120.00 to $150,120.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
