- Collateral Analysis: Evaluate collateral performance and ensure adherence to Bank of America's internal credit policies and guidelines.
- Preparation of Credit Approval Write-ups: Prepare clear and concise write-ups to facilitate decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting Credit Officers: Collaborate with Credit Officers to complete various tasks and ensure seamless credit approval processes.
- 3+ years of experience in Asset-Based Lending, Commercial or Corporate credit, or relationship management, leveraged finance, loan syndications, or restructuring/workout.
- Strong credit, financial analysis, and modeling skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Completion of a formal bank credit training program.
