Join DoorLoop as the Head of Sales, where you'll be pivotal in steering sustainable revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to double our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by 2024.
- Manage key sales performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rate, sales cycle length, and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
- Enhance unit economics through effective pipeline management and optimized resource allocation.
- Become proficient in DoorLoop's conversion funnel, evaluating performance and suggesting improvements.
- Provide necessary processes, training, and tools for the sales team's success.
- Research, test, and optimize sales opportunities to boost ARR and unit economics.
- Drive sales effectiveness through coaching and mentoring individual contributors.
- Develop efficient cold outreach processes.
- Evaluate outbound sales success and lead data-driven improvements.
- Establish a positive and engaging sales culture.
- Design an organizational structure to support growth goals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall work experience, including 3 years in SaaS startups.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in sales leadership.
- Strong track record in meeting revenue targets.
- Effective leadership and coaching abilities.
- Experience in collaborating across various departments.
- Expertise in outbound sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
