  • Handle member concerns and correspondence
  • Stay informed about local waterways and boating destinations

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school education or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Boating experience/Captain's License Preferred
  • Management/Supervisor experience required

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Customer Service and management skills
  • Comfort around water
  • Intuitive problem-solving skills

Required Physical Abilities:

  • Transfer between boat and dock repeatedly
  • Work outside in all weather conditions
  • Maneuver in tight spaces and stand/kneel for prolonged intervals
  • Carry equipment up to 50 lbs
